The new certificate for sport

Non-essential travel is no longer authorized and non-compliance with this confinement is severely sanctioned. The fine is 135 euros (increased to 375) and increases to 200 euros (increased to 450) in the event of a repeat offense within 15 days. After a third offense, a person is threatened with a fine of 3,750 euros and a 6-month prison sentence.

As in last spring, however, certain trips are authorized and it is essential to complete your exceptional travel certificate, the new version of which is available on the website of the Ministry of the Interior (www.interieur.gouv). Sure the dedicated page, the digital derogatory travel certificate is offered first. You just have to fill out this certificate online to generate a document that can be presented via your smartphone during any police checks. No need to print the certificate in 50 copies!

For individual sporting activities close to his home, the following proposition must therefore be checked: “Short trips, within the limit of one hour per day and within a maximum radius of one kilometer around the home, linked either to the individual physical activity of people, to the exclusion of any collective sporting practice and any proximity to other people, either for a walk with only people grouped together in the same home, or for the needs of pets».

As part of the state of health emergency, to curb the Covid19 epidemic, people living in France can, in addition to stretching their legs for an hour, leave their home to go to work (for people with dispensation), to do essential shopping, to receive treatment, for compelling family reasons, to provide assistance to vulnerable people or to pick up your child from school. Sports facilities will also open to welcome children after school.
