God, this summer was colorful, at a time when it is usually the Woj Bombs that punctuate our lives. A hyping recovery at will, and especially playoffs full of testosterone and shorts filled to the brim, giving rise to a few scenes that will be remembered for many years. Come on, flashback to such a… special summer.
To all honor, let’s start piano piano with the guy called LeBron James, the kind of guy who looks like he’s in the economy but who once again gave us a Playoff campaign in 11/28 / 9 with the essential throws at the kid, where his team needed it most. Finally ? Five games lost only in postseason, and the King is – obviously – not for nothing. Far from there. At his side a phenomenon, Anthony Davis, also clutch and more surprisingly … behind the line, against the Heat in the Finals but especially against the Nuggets with the most important shot of his career to the buzzer of Game 2 of the Conference Finals. We then come down from a step on this 2019-20 podium with a Heat who literally never gave up. The grimace of Tyler Herro, the composure of Jae Crowder and obviously the mission mode of Jimmy Butler, so many memories that make Miami the absolute darling of these Playoffs. For the rest ? Khris Middleton who will have tried for a time to resist this famous darling, the backcourt of the Thunder who almost cleared Houston in the first round, the vista of Kemba Walker with in particular one of the craziest passes of the season, Nikola Jokic which spins Rudy Gobert, stoic OG Anunoby despite an incredible shot, Kyle Lowry always present when it is hot and finally, last but not the least, a Luka Doncic which we are already longing for the return to Playoffs in * insert a number »month. A best-of embellished with a few exploits … defied, sifs, it feels good too, with, jumbled up, the cons of Marcus Smart on Norman Powell, that of Grant Williams on Fred VanVleet, that of James Harden on Luguentz Dort, Anthony Davis on Jimmy Butler in the last game of the season and, obviously, that crazy sweetness of Bam Adebayo on an attempted poster by Jayson Tatum.
Almost ten minutes in apnea, and the kind of video to send urgently to the first that will tell you that the 2019-20 bubble has reduced the intensity of the game or any other such bullshit. Come on, coffee, we click, we love it.
