The Bara warns the Civil Guard of possible false signatures in the motion of censure

FC Barcelona would have put it in the hands of the Civil Guard the search for alleged false signatures opposed in the validation process of supports in the motion of censure against the current Board of Directors of the club, chaired by Josep Maria Bartomeu.

According to Cadena SER, the two directors of the club who are part of the Census Voting Board –Marta Plana and Jordi Argemí– have found signatures that corresponded to membership cards that had been reported by the club when the case of 2,800 false season tickets for the Camp Nou.

Thus, considering the Board of Directors of the club that these alleged irregular signatures could be linked to that case, the Civil Guard was alerted, which was already investigating the matter and had requested information from the Board.

For the moment, the process of the motion of censure continues, because this Thursday the Bureau confirmed that there are 19,380 valid signatures of support, with only 219 signatures that are dubious, and that could be, some, the irregular ones that the entity denounces.

According to the same information, the process of voting on the motion of censure (which has passed the cut of 16,521 necessary signatures) could only be stopped if, as a result of the police investigation, an investigating judge so decides.

Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.

The spokespersons for the ‘More than a Motion’ platform, which includes the opinion groups and pre-candidates who have promoted the motion of censure on the Board of Directors of FC Barcelona, they say that the complaint catches them by “surprise” and that he “rubs the ridiculous.”

“We don’t know the details of the complaint. It takes us by surprise, but it’s ridiculous. We’ve heard about minors signing, 5,000 signatures bought … It is the last resort they have left, and it seems that they are trying to prolong the agony “, lamented the spokesman of ‘Manifest Blaugrana’, Marc Duch, in a press conference.

From ‘More than a Motion’ they say that the complaint catches them by surprise and that, if the problem falls on less than 300 signatures that the Census Voting Board has not yet been able to validate, they would be willing to take them for granted, as they have “surplus” support to push the motion forward.

“This complaint has taken us by surprise, we don’t know what the matter is. It seems that FC Barcelona has detected signatures that generate doubts, which could be related to another issue that the club has open. We do not know what it is about , we have done a manual job, almost rock.

However, Duch believes it is one more maneuver by the current Board to delay voting on the motion. “It hurts me that their way of defending themselves is to attack, to say that votes have been bought or forged. It hurts me, but it’s one more. This is an agony, maybe they don’t want to leave and we wonder why “, he pointed out.
