Quarterback Ryan Tannehill notched a rushing touchdown on top of three passing, helping the Tennesee Titans stay perfect in four games with a convincing 42-16 win over the Buffalo Bils on Tuesday night.

It was the Titans’ first game in 16 days, as they struggled with an outbreak of COVID-19 after they met on September 27.

Tennesee’s last 4-0 start to the season dates back to the 2008 campaign.

The Bills suffered their first setback in 2020 in their fifth game. However, they retain the first place in the East Division of the AFC.

Quarterback Josh Allen, who has excelled since the start of the campaign, was the victim of two interceptions made by Malcolm Butler. The Titans won the turnovers battle 3-0.

In the win, running back Derrick Henry had 57 rushing yards and two rushing majors.
