NBA | James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo could get together in a trade

The Houston Rockets will have a much more eventful NBA offseason than normal marked with an extremely uncertain future. The franchise was left without a coach, Mike D’Antoni, and also its general manager, Daryl Morey, resigned after 14 years. Likewise, the outlook may be worse if Giannsi Antetokounmpo joins James Harden on the Milwaukee Bucks.

Morey was characterized by the small-ball game, putting James Harden as the absolute standard and owner of the Rockets game. However, it has been shown that this type of game perhaps entertains and is profitable at times, but in the important NBA games it was in doubt. The new GM will have to put together a new structure.

With the departure of Morey and D’Antoni, it is anyone’s guess what James Harden wants to do. The player is no longer a young man, but his age marks 31 winters and no NBA championship trophies on display. It would be a shame if he has to go through a new reconstruction for what is considered one of the best scorers in the history of the league.

Which teams can trade for James Harden:

Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Clippers are two of the franchises that have enough elements to give and receive La Barba. Even more so considering that both teams lacked a level injection in some moments of the NBA playoffs, so they could complement with Harden.

The duplication of Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden is factual:

Milwaukee Bucks is another team that can also be done with La Barba. What should they give in return? Khris Middleton, Eric Bledsoe and first-round picks from 2020 and 2024 would come to the Houston Rockets. Without a doubt, in a year in which the future of Giannis Antetokounmpo can be defined, it is a call that the Bucks offices must make.
