The Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal has announced himself to participate, from this Saturday to Monday, in the Balearic Islands golf championship for professionals. This is in any case what announces the Mallorca newspaper.

The world No. 2 will therefore put his racket aside to handle a golf club for three days, even though most of his rivals meet in Vienna for the start of the ATP-500 tournament.

Rafael Nadal, however, is not a novice on the greens. It should be remembered that the tennis player has a handicap of +0.3, which is a level considered professional. Last weekend he finished second in the 5th Hexagonal Circuit Test-Autovidal, which took place at the T-Golf & Country Club in Calvià (Mallorca).

This weekend, Nadal will therefore be one of the 60 players (23 professionals and 37 amateurs) entered on the Maioris Golf. Then he will take the racket again to go to Paris, at the end of next week, to participate in the Masters 1000 de Bercy (from November 2 to 8), prelude to the ATP finals in London (from November 15 to 22).
