Freshly crowned with his second league title, JR Smith unveiled the only teammate he did not appreciate in his career. Following the response of the latter, accused of racism, it is his wife who took his defense … and who was knocked out by Swish’s reply.
Throughout his NBA career, JR Smith has rarely been used to simply staying in the news for good reasons. A few days after the coronation of his Lakers team, the rear has made people talk about him by delivering the identity of a former teammate whose behavior, implied racist, strongly displeased him in a former franchise.
Sam Dekker, targeted by these meaningful attacks from his old partner in Cleveland, logically quickly tried to put out the fire by denying all the accusations made to him. He was soon after joined by his wife, Olivia Harlan Dekker, who relied on JR’s murky reputation to shout fake news.
Extremely inaccurate and unfair. Consider the source.

Extremely inaccurate and unfair. Take into account the source.
Daughter of the famous commentator Kevin Harlan, Olivia Harlan Dekker has spent some time on the edge of the NBA floors for American TV, and therefore has a certain influence in the league. Aware of this fact, Smith did not wish to undergo such a challenge, and delivered more unflattering details about the accused.
Would you like to explain why your husband can’t say NI&&@R or should I? I don’t mind at all. https://t.co/bgEZEUE3pm

Would you like to explain to your husband why he is not allowed to say the N-word or I will take care of it? It doesn’t bother me at all.
This is called closing the debate with a bang. If Sam Dekker has indeed ventured into such quicksand in the past, it’s not hard to see why the Henny God hasn’t kept a good image of him.
We are now waiting for a new response from Sam Dekker or his wife, who will nevertheless have to set up a very solid defense to clarify this whole situation and come out unscathed.
