Another year, another big hit on the night of the Brownlow Medal for Collingwood hero Dane Swan, who took over Sportsbet’s Twitter page for a different look at the AFL’s Night of Nights.
The 2011 Brownlow medalist was explosive at his best on the soccer field, which luckily translated into his social media game for fans.

He didn’t shy away from snapping some blunt shots for a Brownlow medal like no other.
And Melbourne Demons star Clayton Oliver was targeted.
“Clayton Oliver in a mask is the best he’s ever seen in a brownlow,” Swann tweeted.
Next up was Gold Coast Sun’s rookie sensation and teacher Matt Rowell’s pet.
“Save a worry for AFL administrators when troublemakers Sam Walsh and Matty Rowell come through the ranks,” he joked.
“Matt Rowell and Libba now name it, back of the Herald Sun tomorrow, and leave a ‘entertainment venue’ at 4:30 am with a kebab in hand.”
Swan was never one to follow the standard set of rules as a gamer, and as a social media user, he appeared to be similar.
