Washington football linebacker Jon Bostic is unlikely to be suspended for his shot to the head of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Andy Dalton on Sunday.
At least that’s what ESPN reported on Monday. Bostic loaded Dalton hard to the head with his own helmet as the pivot had already started to slide to the ground following a run. He was kicked out of this duel.
Dalton then remained lying on the playing surface, stunned, before leaving the meeting. The former Cincinnati Bengals will follow NFL concussion protocol. The Cowboys ended up losing 25-3.

The Texan team is thus deprived of its two best quarterbacks since Dak Prescott is already on the injured list due to a fracture.
