What is each NFL team’s current plan for stadium fans during the 2020 season – the athletic

The planned start of the 2020 NFL season is less than a month away, but we still don’t have definitive answers from each team on whether or not there will be any licensed fans. While the MLB, NBA, and NHL currently play their games in front of empty stadiums, the NFL has left it up to teams to decide based on local and state rules and regulations. League officials have announced that all fans who attend this season’s games are required to wear masks.

Some teams have already announced that they will not have fans this season, or at least until there is a noticeable change in circumstances surrounding the virus. Some have announced that they will not have fans for the first games of the season, but have not committed to a defined plan beyond that. Others are forging ahead with plans to accommodate fans at reduced capacity stadiums while a good number of teams have yet to make a decision on any plan.
