White encouraged to get Liverpool moving

Ben White is expected to join Liverpool and “improve again” with Jurgen Klopp, according to one of his former coaches.

White, 22, recently celebrated promotion with Leeds United and is now back at parent club Brighton with his future in the air.

Leeds want to sign him permanently, as do Liverpool, but it is believed it will take a £ 30m bid in the region to tempt the seagulls.

Michael Flynn, White’s former boss in Newport County, said it would be ideal for White to make the move and learn from Klopp.

“I’d like to see him at Liverpool. I know Pep Lijnders, the assistant, he is an incredible coach, “said Flynn, speaking to TalkSport2 as quoted by SussexLive.

“Jurgen Klopp, as a manager, gets the best out of all his players. I can only see him improve again. “
