The Ciutat Esportiva Blanes was the undisputed capital of football throughout Catalonia on Thursday afternoon, through the Ordinary General Assembly held there by the Catalan Federation (FCF). The Competition Plan for the 2020-2021 Season had to be approved by an absolute majority of the 330 assembly members who took part. As a main novelty, this season will present subgroups distributed by geographical proximity. There will be two phases of competition in Primera and Segona Catalana, with the start of the league scheduled for the weekend of 3 and 4 October, and with the application of the action protocol prepared jointly with the Secretariat General of Sport.
