Mavarick Vinales suffered a brake failure incident at the MotoGP Styria 2020. The Monster Energy Yamaha rider pleaded guilty.
Vinales failed to finish in the Styria MotoGP. He dropped before one of the corners of the Red Bull Ring circuit, Spielberg, Austria, until his motorbike caught fire.
In the process, it was discovered that it was a malfunction in Vinales’ brakes that caused the Spanish rider to flop.
Brembo, as the provider of MotoGP motorcycle brakes, has provided advice on racing in MotoGP Styria. Vinales disobeyed that suggestion, until he ended up having an incident.

“It was my fault. I didn’t want to fail the finances, I kept registering laps until the brakes really didn’t work. In the end, there were no pads, everything came off and I ended up having no brakes. I had to stop early. I wanted to get some points. to catch up with the standings, “he added.
MotoGP is on hiatus until mid-September 2020. The next series will stage the race at the MotoGP San Marino on September 13, 2020.
Maverick Vinales, who has three series, cannot achieve good results in the last three series in MotoGP. He finished 14th in the Czech MotoGP, then finished 10th in the Austrian MotoGP.
With that note, Maverick Vinales is now in fifth position in the 2020 MotoGP standings. He has collected 48 points, 22 points behind Fabio Quartararo in first position.
