Luis Suarez is reportedly in talks with Inter Miami after new Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman told him he is not in the Dutchman’s plans for next season.
David Beckham’s club “hopes to make him the first to sign an extremely ambitious plan involving many big names,” according to The Independent.
Suarez is said to prefer to stay in Europe, but could be tempted in Miami. However, to do so he will have to accept a wage reduction on his 450,000 euros a week.
Ajax have been linked to trying to bring Suarez back from Barcelona, but sporting director Marc Overmars appears to have ruled out such a move.
“The chance of Luis Suárez coming is quite small. We have had contacts, but we have them with many players. It is normal to have contacts with former players. “

This isn’t the first time Suarez has been linked with a move to Inter Miami, while the striker has previously said a move to MLS would be a “nice possibility”.
