Golf: How Bryson DeChambeau put on 20 kilos of muscle in six months

So much strength It was too much after all: A cracking sound came when the club head hit the ball, after which the good piece was broken. Bryson DeChambeau’s driver was no longer up to the power of his master. He literally burst.

DeChambeau came out of the corona break completely transformed – with a neck like a bull and huge arms like thighs. “It is my goal to always be a bit better than the others,” he explains the strange self-experiment in which he subjected himself to a rigid fitness regime with isolated muscle training and completely changed his diet. Since then we have had four eggs plus bacon, toast and two protein shakes for breakfast. But this is only the beginning.
