“Waiting for the League to understand things” – Aaron Rodgers reveals his doubts before the 2020 NFL season

The 2020 NFL season schedule was released earlier this year. According to the official announcement, the NFL preseason begins August 8, 2020. Kansas City leaders face the Houston Texans in this year’s NFL regular season opening game.

However, league officials and NFLPA members are still writing down details regarding player safety and pay cuts. Amid all this uncertainty and the coronavirus pandemic, there is a lot of confusion among the players in the league.

Many NFL stars have spoken out in public about their safety and that of their families. Despite all this chaos, Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers remains optimistic that the 2020 season will continue as planned.

Green Bay Packers’ Aarons Rodgers hopeful ahead of 2020 season

The likes of Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and other NFL stars were featured on the course for gold at this weekend’s American Century Championship tournament.

The Green Bay Packers stopped for a short interview with NBCSports. He spoke of his concerns about the 2020 season schedule.

“I think we are going to have a season? seems to us for the greatest security.

“But I think we are kindly waiting for the league and the [NFL Players Association] to understand certain things, “ Said Rodgers.

It’s not just Rodgers who has doubts about the 2020 NFL schedule. JJ Watt, Donovan Smith and Nate Solder expressed their respective apprehensions regarding the coronavirus pandemic and the start of the season.

The NFLPA has had several discussions with senior NFL officials. They will release a concrete emergency plan by the end of this month.
