Since childhood, Zasjadko has been involved in tennis both as a player and later as an organizer of the work of Latvian tennis judges. He has gained recognition for participating in the organization and judging of internationally important tennis competitions.
“I thank LTS President Juris Savickis for the trust he has placed in me. I will use all my strength and knowledge to justify this trust and for my work to make a tangible contribution to the development of Latvian tennis,” LTS quotes the new Secretary General. “Although tennis is an individual sport, its success is largely forged by the team, and working in a team will be one of the key principles of my work.”
“I am pleased that the” big family “of Latvian tennis has brought up a considerable worker who has made a significant contribution to the development of Latvian tennis,” says Savickis about the election of Zasjadko. “I would like to thank Kārlis Lejnieks for his work for Latvian tennis and wish him success and good results in the LOK management. I am convinced that the new LTS Secretary General will also successfully cope with the assigned duties and promote the further development of Latvian tennis.”
It has already been reported that the current Secretary General of the LTS Lejnieks will continue to perform the duties of the Secretary General of the Latvian Olympic Committee (LOC). He wished his successor LTS success and success.
