“The sports model and style of play, which have allowed Barça to be a world reference, are non-negotiable,” they ask. The club demands that Barça’s DNA is not lost and that, in addition, “the players trained at La Masia must be the backbone of the first team”. This organization has also drawn up a sports master plan based on planning with clear sporting criteria, the recovery of the values that allow Barça to say that it is “more than a club”, and the desire to maintain a club ideology in which the central axis is a constant improvement to maintain excellence.

One of the key points of his demands is that the member remains the center of the entity and can discuss the Espai Barça, and that this helps to maintain the club and not become a sports corporation. Lastly and more related to club culture, the entity expresses the need for the club to support the demands of the Catalan people in order to exercise their rights and freedoms and the dissemination by the leaders of the history of the FC Barcelona.
