Summer vacation: How Alltours wants to fly me to a hotel that has been closed for weeks

Heute is my penultimate working day. Then, in two days, it will finally go on annual vacation. My problem: I don’t really know where to go. This is by no means due to my indecisiveness, but simply because of my tour operator. He actually wants to fly me to a hotel that announced weeks ago that it would not open its doors this summer. Communication on this process is devastating.

The answer to our first email came at lightning speed, it was an automated form in red letters, which I should see several times in the coming days.
