Broncos skipper Alex Glenn has announced that Anthony Seibold has given the players the reins to prepare for the win against the Bulldogs.
The Broncos vacillate after six consecutive losses and must beat the Bulldogs to avoid the possibility of sitting last after nine rounds when the Titans beat the Warriors.
Channel 7’s Chris Garry revealed that the Broncos players have taken control of the team in a bizarre strategy approved by Seibold.

It’s a brave strategy from Seibold, especially because his job is under pressure when the Broncos sink to a seventh consecutive loss to the competition’s basement residents.
Team captain Glenn revealed the players and the coach had found a compromise prior to the lap 9 collision.
“We got together this week and said we wanted to turn things around,” said Glenn.
“One of the great things about our trainer is that he’s always open to ideas. He likes to keep things that way, but he compromises.

“‘Seibs’ understands that a football team does not only work in one direction, he understands that you have to compromise between players and employees.

“Seibs has made it its business to do everything possible to ensure that we show up and do our job this week.
“If you have the coach who is ready to change his training and listen to us, that’s great.”
The laid-back approach this week included a gold day on Monday and an optional captain’s run on Friday, which allowed players to work on individual areas of their game at will.
Seibold seems to have retreated into a corner by giving players more personal responsibility for preparing the team.
If the Broncos win under this strategy, what does that say about Seibold’s coaching in the past six weeks?
If, on the other hand, the Broncos lose, Seibold’s leadership is questioned.
Any scenario is not a big confirmation of Seibold’s trainer ID cards, so it’s an interesting way for the pressurized trainer.
The Broncos just have to win. Perhaps this step is as brave as it is brave.
