Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta fought again against the youngster Matteo Guendouzi, who was under fire.
The 21-year-old midfielder was eliminated from Arsenal’s 20-man squad for the third time in a row on Wednesday and had to watch from the sidelines as the team from North London weakened beyond Norwich.
His last appearance was the loss to Brighton two weeks ago, when Arsenal’s poor performance continued to be impacted after hot-headed starlet Neal Maupay grabbed his neck at the end of the game.

The 21-year-old midfielder has not appeared since the loss to Brighton
Sportsmail revealed that the former child prodigy of Lorient ridiculed his opponents for his considerable earnings compared to theirs when the mood on the south coast flared up.
And Arteta fired another warning shot at Guendouzi, asking him to make the necessary changes to avoid being frozen out of the first team line-up.
When asked about his decision to leave the French international out again, Arteta replied: “The reasons are the same as last week.

Arteta has let Guendouzi completely out of his last three matchday squads after the incident
Arteta has now disciplined Guendouzi twice since he replaced Unai Emery in the hot chair in December.
The Arsenal coaching team was reported to be upset about the player’s posture and body language during the team’s training camp in warm weather in Dubai.
In fact, Guendouzi only started four of the 13 games Arteta hosted in the Emirates.
And after the last unsavory scenes unfolded, Arsenal considered including the midfielder as Makeweight in all transfer contracts this summer.
