Mason Greenwood praises Manchester United teammates Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial

Mason Greenwood praised his Manchester United teammates Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial after forming an encouraging attacking trident with them after the blockade.

The trio have been in a formidable form in the Premier League this season, particularly since the resumption of the season in June, and have combined to score 44 of United’s 66 league goals this season.

Greenwood, who is just 18, has scored double numbers in the Premier League and may have a chance to make the English team for the European championship next year after 12 months have been dismissed.

Greenwood has established himself as a favorite of Old Trafford supporters and, speaking ahead of Sunday’s win in Leicester, has spoken highly of his fellow strikers.

“It’s amazing, I saw Marcus and Anthony while I was in the academy, so playing alongside them now, playing like three front means a lot to me,” said Greenwood. Sky Sports.

“They are very, very good players and it’s a good positive atmosphere to be with them.”

Greenwood’s impact on the first team earned him much praise, but he remains focused on improving his game as he knows he still has skills to develop.

“I just keep my head down, I’m just enjoying football right now and I just want to keep a smile on my face,” said Greenwood. “I’m in the best club in the world, so it’s a great thing for someone my age and I’m very excited to be here.”
