Chelsea team revealed for West Ham clash

After successfully making his way to the English Cup semi-finals, he returns to action in the Premier League tonight for Frank Lampard and Chelsea as they travel to London to face West Ham.

A second half Ross Barkley strike was enough for Chelsea to get rid of Leicester City in the FA Cup, and perhaps they could skip the Foxes’ third position tonight if the results hit.

However, Lampard’s men could also look over their shoulder, with Manchester United’s 3-0 win over Brighton leading the Red Devils just two points behind the Azzurri before the game against the Hammers.

Before the game, Lampard could be given a boost with the potential return of Fikayo Tomori, who was spotted in first team training during the game.

Chelsea are still sweating from Christian Pulisic’s fitness which was replaced in the game at King Power Stadium due to the stiffness of the calf. The US national team will be evaluated before the trip to the London stadium.

Another player who will be evaluated is Andreas Christiansen, however, Lampard has confirmed that he will be on the team for the trip.

The only other real injury is long-term absentee Marco van Ginkel, with no set date on his potential return.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is also gaining fitness for the game, leaving the bench for the last 18 minutes of the clash against Leicester after playing 55 minutes against Aston Villa since the restart.

Assuming that Christian Pulisic is deemed fit enough to form the team, the reduced number of injuries means that Lampard will have some players available for his trip to London Stadium.

Chelsea complete team: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Willy Caballero, Cesar Azpilicueta, Reece James, Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christiansen, Kurt Zouma, Fikayo Tomori, Marcos Alonso, Emerson, Jorginho, N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ross Barkley, Billy Gilmour, Mason Mount, Willian, Pedro, Christian Pulisic, Tammy Abraham, Olivier Giroud, Michy Batshuayi, Faustino Anjorin.
