Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes shared a brilliant post about Paul Pogba that highlights the hidden key role that his teammate provided in the victory over Bournemouth.
United beat a 5-2 win on Saturday to make 16 games unbeatable.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team is in fifth and two points ahead of Chelsea following a brace from Mason Greenwood and goals from Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Fernandes.
While Greenwood and Martial won more titles in Old Trafford, Fernandes again provided a dominant show and eliminated it with a fantastic punishment.
Both he and Pogba passed the free-kick in the second half and the Portuguese star explained that it was the winner of the French World Cup who advised him on where to put the ball.
Fernandes posted a photo of him and Pogba standing over the ball on Instagram and explained: “When you trust @paulpogba’s advice this is the result. Scroll to the side.”
Kingdom fans will love the relationship he’s building between midfielders Fernandes and Pogba and hope it’s a sign of things to come.
Pogba has not realized his potential to the Reds since he returned from Juventus and was connected with a departure.
But the hope is that Fernandes will be able to get the best out of Pogba by moving forward.
