The Cleveland Browns have placed P Jamie Gillan on the reserve / COVID-19 list *.
Gillan played all 16 games last season and set a net one-season record for the Browns averaging 41.6 and was tied for fifth in club history with 28 punts in the 20.
* This new reserve list category has been created for a player who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with one or more infected persons. If a player falls into one of these categories, his club is required to immediately place the player on the reserve / COVID-19 list. In accordance with agreed NFL-NFLPA policy, clubs are not permitted to comment on the player’s state of health other than the roster status. Clubs cannot reveal if the player is in quarantine or if he is positive for COVID-19. *
