“This week was incredible for us. We managed to beat two of Europe’s best teams. That can’t happen all the time,” Arteta was quoted as saying on the BBC Sport website.

“We have suffered a lot. We must continue to improve our defense, especially to close the opponent’s room,” said Arteta.

“Man City is the best European team in terms of their movements when controlling the ball. We have to take advantage of the slightest chance to win. That’s what is needed to fight a team like them,” added Arteta.

On the other hand, Man City coach Pep Guardiola also mentioned Liverpool.
