Agent Brett Tessler tweeted on Wednesday that rear 49ers Raheem Mostert had requested an exchange. On Thursday, a fake account created by someone pretending to be Tessler was withdrawn.

“After the recent backlash from yesterday’s exchange request, me and my client @ RMos_8Ball cancel our commercial request from the San Francisco 49ers. San Francisco is the best place for Mostert and I didn’t realize that, “said the fake account.

Contacted by PFT, Tessler stated that he had not canceled the business request and that the business request was still valid.

So, what happened? It’s a simple trick. The impostor account replaces the “L” in “TesslerSports” with a capital “I”. Here is. Fake account.

Give it a look. . . the real TesslerSports account with a lowercase “L” is here. The fake TesslerSports account with a capital “I” is here.

The exchange request comes from the real account. The withdrawal comes from the false account.
