76ers Joel Embiid, Glenn Robinson III Returns to practice Thursday

The Philadelphia 76ers will have all players taking part in Thursday’s rehearsals in Orlando, Florida. Joel Embiid, Glenn Robinson III and Raul Neto have been dealing with their injuries in the past few days.

Embiid, who was dealing with calf pain during the team’s first scrimmage last Friday, left the game after appearing on the pitch for just under 13 minutes. To play it safe, the Sixers have decided to keep the big man out of Sunday’s matchup as well. And although he practiced light training on Monday, the Sixers continued to keep Embiid off the floor for the third and final fight against Dallas.

As for the team’s reserve guard, Raul Neto, he intended to play in the Sixers’ second scrimmage against Thunder on Sunday. Unfortunately, during the warm-ups, Neto started feeling uncomfortable in the lower back, which led the team to exclude him before going on the pitch. Like Embiid, Neto also lost the second and third game of scrimmage.

Finally, Sixers ‘veteran commercial takeover, Glenn Robinson III, still has to do with a hip marker, which he underwent during the second quarter of Sixers’ second scrimmage game against Oklahoma City Thunder. After colliding with another player, Robinson III was shaken and went to the locker room to be evaluated further.

While his injury was nothing to worry about seriously, the Sixers decided to rule out Robinson III for Tuesday’s scrum too. At this point, all three injured players will return to practice on Thursday. Their status for Saturday’s game against the Indiana Pacers remains pending.
