They arrived Sunday and started this Monday morning the first training of the preparation course in Haute-Savoie. Rudi Garcia’s players will face US Port-Valais on Wednesday for their first friendly match.
We left for six days of preparation in Évian-les-Bains for Olympique Lyonnais. While they made a recovery on the stadium lawn Camille Fournier Sunday after their arrival at destination, the Lyonnais players started this Monday morning their first training of the week. The serious things begin after a relaxed evening where the birthday of Jason Denayer was celebrated during the meal.
Physical exercises and with the ball on the program
As evidenced by the video posted on OL’s Twitter account, the session started with warm-ups without a ball but with studs and stakes installed on the lawn. This is how round trips were made by the players on half the field to get into legs. But a little later in the morning, the men of Rudi Garcia have trained with the ball as part of ball conservation and opposition action seven to seven. Football will really be back this Wednesday 1is July as part of the friendly match against US Port-Valais at 7:30 p.m. at the stadium Camille Fournier (read here).
