From the announcement made by Mourad Boudjellal of a possible takeover of OM by a Middle East investment fund, the name of Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi quickly filtered out, as being behind the project proposed this Friday by Mourad Boudjellal.
The person concerned, at the microphone of the Tunisian radio Shems FM, confirmed that he was well behind the takeover project, thus confirming the “Mediterranean” dimension of the project. Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi, however, explained that he was only an intermediary. Negotiations with Frank McCourt are on track.
