Lewis Hamilton Fitness Flex reveals the old school training technique men shouldn’t forget

Lewis Hamilton is more known for his goosebumps abilities at the wheel of an F1 racer than for his physique. In recent years, the 6-time Formula 1 world champion has commented more than ever on his health and fitness routine (and his diet).

To that end, Hamilton recently introduced a post-isolation body that shames most of us.

“With everything that happens in the world, my only way out is to … direct the emotions and energy into strengthening my body,” the champion wrote on Instagram.

“This was the best training period I’ve ever had. I can’t stop and I won’t!”

That was two weeks ago. But while the post inspired us all, it didn’t explain exactly where the new body came from.

You can now dispel these doubts; At the weekend, Hamilton went to Instagram again to show us how these gains were made: drooping leg raises, twists, and a neck strengthening routine (including a helmet).

He also revealed an old school workout technique that many men neglect in times of air capsules, podcasts and YouTube house mixes: a classic rap (more precisely Meek Mill) via the airways (not directly in your ears).

It’s not scientific, but we’ll be damned if it doesn’t work …

Regardless of whether he stays shredded so well or not, Hamilton appears to be mentally and physically ready for the F1 2020 season, which is scheduled to begin on July 3rd with a trip to Austria for training before the first Grand Prix on 5th July.
