The former national technical director of the FFF died on Friday at the age of 77, the Federation announced.

Jean-Pierre Morlans, who joined the FFF’s national technical management in 1982 and was a member of the DTN until 2008, died on Friday morning. Before his career at the Federation, he had headed the National Football Institute (INF) in Vichy for a year.

Trainer of players and coaches, he was appointed acting DTN from January to September 2007. Holder of the BEPF, he has directed several national youth selections. After leaving the FFF, he became DTN at the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
