Dillian Whyte Call Tyson Fury A Coward Page all

KOMPAS.com – WBC heavyweight interim champion, Dillian Whyte, taunts Tyson Fury as a coward if he doesn’t dare face him in the ring.

Dillian Whyte urges Tyson Fury to fight for the WBC heavyweight championship belt.

Dillian Whyte has been the main challenger of the WBC heavyweight since 2017. However, he has never once appeared in a title fight duel.

WBC’s 10-time defending champion, Deontay Wilder, has actually faced three different opponents before being defeated by Tyson Fury in February.

Deontay Wilder’s defeat leaves Dillian Whyte no chance to win the WBC heavyweight title.

Tyson Fury will now compete with Deontay Wilder for the third time. After that, Fury will play against another boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, next year.

WBC President, Mauricio Sulaiman, has ordered Tyson Fury to face Dillian Whyte before facing Anthony Joshua.

The support from the WBC President made Dillian Whyte confident and asked Tyson Fury to comply.

“WBC has said it and there is no chance to make it a champion, this is a step in the right direction,” Whyte said, quoted by BolaSport.com from Sky Sports.

“He must compete with me or give up his title,” Whyte said.

Whyte believes Fury hopes he loses against Alexander Povetkin because he prefers to face the Russian boxer.

“They call him The Gypsy King, I call him The Gypsy Coward,” said Whyte sarcastically.

“May he be the man who holds his words. He once said he would break me to pieces.”

“He said he was a warrior, not afraid of anyone, all this crap is always coming out of his mouth,” Whyte added.

Whyte said Fury had broken a promise for not confronting him immediately after defeating Wilder.

“He can only talk nonsense. Man, make a decision, I beg you to retire,” concluded Whyte. (Muhamad Husein)
