Box. Jarrell Miller was caught doping again

Jarrell Miller was supposed to fight Jerry Forrest in July, but he failed the doping tests. The American was again caught using illicit means, the same as last year.

Last year Jarrell Miller was close to fighting with Anthony Joshua, with IBF, WBA and WBO belts at stake. The use of prohibited means resulted in a penalty. He received six months of disqualification.

At that time, three substances were found in Miller’s body that are qualified as doping. I am talking about endurobol, human growth hormone and EPO. The American at first did not admit to using doping agents, but after detecting the third substance, he issued a statement saying his guilt.

Jarrell Miller seemed to draw conclusions. However, a few days before the next fight it turned out none of this. According to The Athletic, the 31-year-old again had a positive test result and was removed from the fight with Jerry Forrest.

Miller was about to take a performance-enhancing drug. It turns out that it is again about the same substances (endurobol, growth hormone and EPO). Details of the disqualification are not yet known, nor is it with whom and if Forrest will fight at all. It is to be officially suspended on Monday.

We would like to remind you that Jarrell Miller had the opportunity to face Tomasz Adamek in 2018. The American defeated the Polish boxer in the second round by technical knockout.
