Great role of the Sanfer in the “City of Palencia”

The Sanfer competition team of the mini-benjamin to juvenile categories traveled to Palencia last weekend to contest the eleventh edition of the “City of Palencia” tournament. There were eleven judocas of different weights that participated in this competition, one of the toughest of those found within the national calendar. In spite of this, the representation of the Sanfer stood out through the two golds obtained by Sara Zapatero and Martín Quiroga (fry) and the silvers of Alba Sánchez (fry) and Ian Martín (baby).

The rest of the participants carried out very good combats in which the daily work in the tatami was demonstrated. Team life was also a positive aspect, mainly for those who were traveling outside Asturias for the first time to participate in a competition of this level.
