Coach Fabien Galthié unveiled his list of 23 players this Thursday afternoon for the Blues’ first match against England on Sunday.
The veil is lifted. Fabien Galthié, the XV coach of France, announced this Thursday afternoon the list of 23 players selected for the first match of the 6 Nations Tournament against England. Two players are summoned for the first time, two players from Montpellier: the back Anthony Bouthier and the pillar Mohamed Haouas.
Baille, Marchand Haouas, Le Roux, Willemse, Cros, Alldritt, Ollivon (captain), Dupont, Ntamack, Penaud, Fickou, Vakatawa, Thomas and Bouthier were selected to play the match against England. As replacements: Mauvaka, Poirot, Bamba, Palu, Woki, Serin, Jalibert and Rattez.

For the first game of the Blues since the quarterfinal of the World Cup, lost to Wales, the two neophytes from Montpellier will find nine players present in Japan, including captain Charles Ollivon or the hinge 100% Toulouse, formed by Romain Ntamack at the opening and Antoine Dupont at the post of scrum half.
