Brisbane coach Anthony Seibold took the fans behind the scenes of a day in the pre-season rugby championship in a sincere video released by the club.
Broncos’ multimedia team followed Seibold for a day with a camera while the coach provides a detailed overview of the planning and work that goes into an NRL team.
Seibold leaves his home at 4.43 am, arriving at Red Hill headquarters around 5 am, and does not leave the building until 6 pm after most days.

His working day includes a personal training followed by the preparation of videos for the team and then a meeting with his management team Broncos.
The rest of the team then does a video session before hitting the paddock for training, and then a session of weights in the afternoon.
At the end of the day, Seibold meets with all his coaching staff before landing and returning home.
Brisbane has been disappointing last season and will hope to improve in 2020.
The new recruit Brodie Croft is part of a large management team and will be crucial for Broncos’ campaign.
