Barcelona reportedly turned their attention to Ajax’s Dusan Tadic after giving up on a move for Valencia forward Rodrigo.
The Catalan giants are also unlikely to sign Bruno Fernandes, with reports that he is now close to signing for Manchester United.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Barca is now targeting Tadic and will make a move if Rodrigo’s deal “permanently collapses”.
Apparently, Barcelona has already been in contact to discuss a move for the 31-year-old and Tadic’s agent will fly to Spain tomorrow.
There are still no details on what type of deal Barcelona are considering, although you will imagine it would be a loan until the end of the season.
It remains to be seen what Barca’s next move will be but the time is running out in the transfer market and only a few days are left to try to bring reinforcements.
