ROME. The Argentinian Paulo Dybala signed the goal that gave a 1-0 win this Sunday to Juventus against AC Milan on day 12 of Serie A, which allowed the Turin team to recover the league leadership.
Juventus jumped to Allianz Stadium in Turin forced to win after Inter beat him in the table after beating Hellas Verona.
To achieve this he needed a great play between Dybala, the Brazilian Douglas Costa and the Argentine Gonzalo Higuaín to thwart an injured but brave Milan.
The youth coach took the Portuguese in minute 54 Cristiano Ronaldo, still touched on one knee and far from his best form, and gave way to Dybala to form the lead next to Higuain.
Five minutes later, Douglas Costa jumped into the field replacing Federico Bernardeschi.
It was a risky bet and Cristiano left the grass visibly angry and went straight to the locker room, but as happened Wednesday in the Champions League against Lokomotiv Moscow, Juventus took advantage of his changes.
In the 77th minute, Douglas Costa broke the Milanese defense and gave Dybala a pass, which he combined with Higuain and hit the goal Gianluigi Donnarumma with a crossed right.
The target of the Jewel, which has three in the Serie A, allowed Juventus to reach the third stop of the year as an undefeated leader, with a point of advantage over Inter. Look the Italian league table here.
It was not enough the effort of Milan, which only won four of its 12 games this year and that went down to fourteenth position, with only four points ahead of the relegation zone.
