MOSCOW (Reuters) – The Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) overturned a decision of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to exclude former Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko from taking part in the Olympics, showing court documents published Thursday.
The IOC in 2017 issued Mutko from “no participation in all future Olympic Games” as part of the Russian suspension from the Pyeongchang Olympic Winter 2018 called “the systematic anti-doping system” by 2014 Games in southern Russia city. Sochi.
