The Catalan club want the Brazil forward to make a return to the Nou Camp this summer.
And Mundo Deportivo report Ernesto Valverde is ready to say goodbye to four players if it means securing the signing of Neymar.
Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic, Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembele could all be included in a blockbuster swap deal.
Neymar left Barcelona just two years ago in a £198m move to the French champions.
But the Brazilian has made no secret of the fact he wants to leave PSG this summer for the La Liga giants.
Barcelona officials are set to meet with Neymar’s representatives this week to discuss a transfer.
Neymar is not currently fit following injury but is expected to report for pre-season with PSG.
Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu is adamant he’s not been in contact with anyone regarding the transfer though.
He said: “I have never spoken to them, nor have the father or player called me to return to Barca.
“They have not called.
“We are preparing for next season and the name of Neymar is not on the table.
“We are talking about a PSG player and I do not think that PSG want to get rid of a player like him.”
Barcelona star Arturo Vidal is not concerned over a move for Neymar either.
“I am already playing with the best in Barcelona, and if Barcelona want Neymar that is none of my business,” he explained.
“I am focused on the national team, on trying to win this tournament, then to get some rest.
“There are people in Barcelona in charge of those matters.”
Neymar was in superb form last season, netting 23 times and providing 13 assists in an injury-hit campaign.
