Rob Pelinka, general manager of Los Angeles Lakers showed that Frank Vogel was employed as the coach demonstrated the basic qualifications required by the organization.

Against Ward Ryan of ClutchPoints, Rob Pelinka indicated that Vogel had a track record as the principal coach. To recall, Frank Vogel was a coach of Indiana Pacers from 2010 to 2016.
