Russian UFC fighter Mayrbek Taysumov responded to critic Irishman Conor McGregor. He posted his message in Twitter-account
Taysumov posted a photo with McGregor and signed it. “McCocain is the only cowardly rat in the picture who can only sit and cry in the corner, calling it a business. You only know how to destroy telephones, buses and cocaine tracks. You yap. I hope we will talk with you face to face, ”he said.
On May 7, MacGregor on Twitter reacted to the possible participation of Russian athletes at the UFC tournament in Abu Dhabi. He called Taysumov and other Russians a team of "Meldoniya" and "dirty, stinking rats." The Irishman later deleted this entry.
On April 12, it became known that Taysumov accepted a six-month suspension from the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). In urine samples from September 2018 (after the UFC tournament in Moscow), traces of a prohibited drug were found. By April 2019, the de facto Taysumov had already served a sentence.
